Beaulieu came to 1minus1 looking for an improved website design and a CMS that would enable them to quickly and easily manage multiple websites, communicate better with their visitors, and sell tickets to their events and the Beaulieu attraction online. 1minus1 designed and developed a suite of websites for Beaulieu in our own Content Management System 'Razorback', which Beaulieu selected after a demonstration of three separate systems.
The resulting websites, for Beaulieu, Buckler's Hard and Beaulieu River, have provided Beaulieu with a greater control over web content, online ticket purchasing, more powerful email campaign integration, and innovative ways of displaying content on their websites.
Project gallery Visit Website"We are very proud of our work on the Beaulieu projects, and also that Beaulieu selected our own CMS 'Razorback' over other extremely well known Content Management Systems. We consider their decision a real validation of the work we have been doing on our products."

Project gallery Visit WebsiteLSA Search (Laura Shanks Associates) had a website that really presented them as a 'me-too' Executive Search company and did not accurately reflect the company in any respect. LSA needed something original, imaginative and different to its competitors.
Their brief showed them as willing to take risks, that they had no issue in being different and were prepared to invest time in the website if it would help improve the end result.
Project gallery Visit Website"Our website is already winning awards, and has been featured alongside websites for the likes of Microsoft, Reebok and Metropolis. Not only do 1minus1 create web design work of a truly exceptional quality, they back it up with a level of technical expertise and business understanding that is absolutely second to none."
Laura Shanks, LSA Search"One of the key differences we have found with 1minus1 when compared to other digital consultancies is their understanding and skills in both creative and technical areas which are both of an extremely high quality. 1minus1’s consultancy has delivered great value and we would always recommend them."

"The design and development work we carried out for Springer has been received really well by the client, and paved the way for iPhone development. "
Jonathan Hill, MD, 1minus1Springer came to 1minus1 looking for innovative new ways of providing enriched content for their books. Lightening the book content itself, DVD's would now be included with the books that provided an easy to use interface with high quality video representations of the human body, as well as a bank of images relevant to the subject matters.
Taking into account the volume of the images and videos, as well as the fact that annotations needed to be provided on screen for all the material, it was essential that the interface developed enabled users to get to content quickly, but at the same time not overload those users with information. An eye for detail was particularly important due to the nature of the release and the importance of displaying medical references correctly.
1minus1 produced a product that met all the client expectations, needed virtually no adjustments after the first round of tests, and paved the way for an iPhone application based around our original DVD design.

"The work we have completed for Trend was highly complex, requiring extremely thorough testing. 1minus1 delivered a great final product and is now partnering with Trend Controls on a new project."
Andy Pike, Technical Director, 1minus11minus1 was commissioned by Trend Control Systems Ltd (part of Honeywell Inc.) to create a browser based interface for one of its exciting new hardware products, IQ3xpress. In carrying out this work, 1minus1 took the interface from concept to design, to user-experience testing, and into development and finalisation.
The requirements were that interface needed to be user-friendly and elegant. As an embedded piece of software that would be installed on the hardware device, it would communicate with that device by saving settings and displaying the status of the device. It would need to be 100% reliable, thoroughly tested and brilliantly coded to ensure that the interface ran efficiently and as quickly as possible. 1minus1 used its deep technical skills to produce a product that met all the objectives and has resulted in further opportunities for Trend and 1minus1 to work together.
